How we handle your shop's data

This page explains how we handle your shop's data when we host LaptopERP for you (managed hosting). With an installed licence, the data stays on your own server and your team holds it.

Your shop owns its data. Each shop gets its own installation and its own PostgreSQL database, never mixed with another shop's data.

Today a full backup is taken by hand before every update. Scheduled off-server backups are next.

Inside your shop, each person sees only what their role allows: discounts, costs, deletes and transfers each need their own permission. Switching a staff member off ends their sessions at once.

Your data stays yours. Every report exports to Excel and PDF at any time.
