Count accessories at the price you paid

Mice, chargers and cables are held in batches, each at its own cost, and sold oldest first.

In short

LaptopERP handles two kinds of accessories: serial-tracked items (like monitors) that behave like laptops, and quantity items held in FIFO batches at their real cost. Sales and transfers take the oldest batch first, and “Count bulk stock” records write-offs and finds after a stock-take.

How it works

  1. Buy

Each purchase becomes a batch at its own cost.

  2. Sell by name, SKU or scan

  3. Transfer with cost

  4. Count bulk stock
