Selling

Invoices with warranty, split payments and dues

Every sale fits: a serial unit, an accessory by quantity or a custom service line. Payments can come now or later.

In short

LaptopERP creates sales with serial, accessory and custom lines, each with its own replacement and service warranty. Invoice numbers can't repeat across tills, payments can be split across seven methods and paid later with a “paid on” date, and a lump-sum customer payment settles the oldest invoices first.

How it works
