Purchases and supplier dues, settled correctly

Enter a 30-laptop invoice without typing specs, catch duplicate serials, and pay suppliers the way you really do: lump sums and cheques.

In short

LaptopERP records supplier purchases line by line, one machine or one accessory quantity per line, landing at one location. Specs come from the catalogue, duplicate serials are refused, and “Pay supplier” applies one payment to the oldest unpaid purchases first, never more than is due.

How it works

  1. Pick supplier and configuration

  2. Scan or type serials

  3. Record payment

Now or later, with proof uploaded.

  4. Pay a supplier in one go

A lump sum settles the oldest purchases first.

What's included

  • Multi-line purchases

  • One destination, default warehouse

  • Create configurations inline

  • Duplicate-serial guard

  • Stale-edit guard

  • Supplier payments with method, paid-on date and proof

  • Pay supplier oldest-first

  • Supplier list with purchased, paid and due

Worked example

One cheque, three purchases

You owe a supplier on three purchases and pay one cheque of ৳1,50,000.

The cheque clears the first purchase, pays ৳30,000 of the second (leaving ৳50,000) and leaves the third untouched.

  • Purchase 1৳1,20,000
  • Purchase 2৳80,000
  • Purchase 3৳50,000
  • Cheque−৳1,50,000
Still due৳1,00,000
