No. The website shows only website-flagged, active products that have stock, read from the same database as the till.

Not yet. SSLCommerz is built and checked, but orders are cash on delivery until a merchant account is live.

No. There is no VAT calculation today.

Yes. The admin panel runs in Bangla by default and each staff member can switch to English. The till, printed invoice and stock PDF are in English today.

Yes. The owner can edit any wording from Settings, Translations, without a developer.

No, on purpose: exports are in English for accountants and banks. Report PDFs embed a Bangla font.

LaptopERP is priced per shop, not as a shared cloud subscription. Each shop gets its own installation and database. The cost depends on whether we host it or you do, how many branches you run, whether you want the online shop, and how much setup, data migration and training you need.

Every update ships with a changelog, and a full backup is taken by hand before it's installed.
